Full Force Bio

Full Force is comprised of 3 brothers & 3 cousins, Bowlegged Lou, Paul Anthony & B-Fine are the George brothers and Baby Gerry, Curt-T-T & J-R Shy Shy are the cousins. The actual recording & chart-production history of Full Force began in November 1984, with the release of the Hip Hop classic, "Roxanne Roxanne" by multi-talented rap group UTFO. The Guinness World Book of Records lists the song “Roxanne Roxanne” as having spawned the greatest number of answer and response recordings which started with Roxanne Shante's song “Roxanne's Revenge” which after proper legal activity was also written by UTFO & Full Force. Full Force went on to produce the next four UTFO Rap albums, including the ground-breaking "Lethal". It went to #2 on the R&B; charts, and it featured the Rock group, Anthrax on the title cut.

Prior to working with UFTO, Full Force co-wrote and were the musicians on Kurtis Blow's classic hit, "Basketball" as well as other Kurtis Blow songs. Kurtis Blow was produced by the talented duo of Robert Ford Jr. & J.B. Moore. Robert & J.B. were early believers in Full Force as they invited Full Force to participate on two earlier albums of Kurtis Blow. Full Force later went on to co-produce their first three albums for Columbia Records with Robert & J.B.

Full Force wrote, produced, and performed on their multi-million-selling platinum & gold hits, which include "I Wonder If I Can Take You Home", "All Cried Out", "Head to Toe" and "Lost in Emotion" just to name a few. Over the years Full Force has written and produced for some of the biggest names in the music industry. Sadly, they were the last American producers to work with Selena on her multi-million-selling album "Dreaming of You", before her untimely death.

Full Force also had the honor and distinction of writing, producing, and performing on the last two top 5 R&B; hit singles by James Brown. According to Billboard Magazine R&B; Charts the single "I’m Real" peaked at #2 and the single "Static" reached #5. The entrepreneurial spirit of Full Force has been displayed in various arenas such as acting, fashion design, health & fitness promotions, celebrity charity basketball events, motivational speaking, and of course entertainment. For over 25 years, Full Force has maintained Forceful Enterprises, Inc. as a base for many of their projects.

Full Force's support system started early on with the George Brothers of Full Force getting their start with their father, Lucien George, Sr., and uncle Cito, who took them to the Apollo Theater Amateur show. They performed as a group called The Amplifiers winning 1st prize 4 weeks in a row. The parents of the Full Force members all carried very strong parental support as they encouraged the talented group. Full Force owes attributes its success to the support they received from their parents Lucien & Carmen George (Bowlegged Lou, Paul Anthony & B-Fine), Roy & Mary Charles (Baby Gerry), Hugh & Carmen Clarke (Shy Shy), and the late Herbert & Nella Bedeau (Curt-T-T). Ms. Cee Gee and Charlene Curry both headed up the offices of Forceful Enterprises and it was Bowlegged Lou's college buddy, the late Steve Salem, who served as the group's co-manager. Steve was the driving force responsible for Full Force writing and producing for other artists besides themselves which, ultimately led to some of Full Force’s most successful ventures to date.

In addition to continuous collaborations with established artists, Full Force excitedly extends their reach to develop and record young new acts. Lou$tar, the son of Bowlegged Lou, and his Hip Hop and R&B; group “Diamondz in the Dirt” is another ongoing project that Full Force is working with. Lou$tar grew up in the music business. Lou$tar has a talent for rapping & writing witty punch lines & metaphors. He, and fellow rappers, Svn-Up, Safaree Samuels, and Nicki Minaj (formerly known as Nicki Maraj) formed a dynamic group called “The Hood$tars” in 2002. Group members Lou$tar and Svn-Up collaborated and helped push Nicki to develop the rap writing & delivery skills that she has today.

Artist Enhancement Group (AEG), a division Full Force, is geared to the development and enhancement of an artist's presentation, whether the artist is a veteran or a beginner. Full Force group member B-Fine states that regardless of the genre (rap, jazz, rock, reggae, classical, blues, etc.) when an act is publicly presented "they should not look poorly prepared or inferior."
